I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans on the EA Forums. Our Terms of Service team would exclusively look into banned accounts and see if the ban can be lifted.
If they've checked this out for you a few times already and each time confirmed the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid that means the account will stay banned.
