EA Account Was Hacked & Banned
My account was registered at an internet cafe, and the program of that cafe had a backdoor that recorded my account information. They have not change my password so i didn't notice that.
But now my Apex account been banned.I'm sure that i have not cheat.Just some days before ban,my caaount login in other region. It is obvious that someone has bypassed security verification, secretly used my account, and cheat.
I have invested a lot in this game, l cherish my account very much, and even now I have not given up on it. l hope someone can help me.

BrokenPatrick Sadly, banned accounts cannot be handled on the forums as that can only be handled by the EA TOS Team.

When using a network outside one you own/monitor, (such as an internet cafe's), it is recommended to not send/receive any personal or sensitive information through that network or to log into any of your accounts as someone else on the same network can very easily intercept it or have programs and/or tools installed on their devices to monitor and/or intercept your activity from your devices on the network, (which can also lead to you being redirected to fake sign-in pages that are designed to steal your information).
Furthermore, while 2-step verification is great at preventing people from logging into your account should they happen to get your username and password, it doesn't stop them from logging in if they are also able to obtain the sign-in auth token, (as a username and password isn't required when a sign-in auth token is used).
A sign-in auth token is a key that is generated when you log into any of your accounts, (it basically tells a website, game launcher, etc. "yeah, I have permission to access this account"). If someone else has that sign-in auth token, they can pretend they were already authorized to sign into that account before, (which will bypass the 2-Step Verification).
Note: This is also why you are able to sign into an account, (such as Google), close out of the browser you had signed in through, reopen the same browser, and still be signed into your account, (this is due to the browser loading the page's cookies, where it then sees the auth token, and then it automatically logs you into your account without requiring the username or password).
The only way that I know how to fully reset/change a sign-in auth token, is to change the account's password, disable and then reenable the 2-Step Verification, and to make sure only your device is signed into your account. (This would then require the hacker to reobtain your information to be able to sign back into your account).
Note: I also recommend running an anti-virus and other checks on your device to make sure it isn't compromised. For more Information:
