That is a pretty comprehensive list of Respawn's failings, IMO. The only thing I think it is missing is their unwillingness or inability to do anything about smurfs and cheaters.
Your #4, general lack of transparency, is probably the thing that bugs me the most. They tell us next to nothing about what their plans are and if they are actually doing anything. An occasional blog post that feels like something just to shut us up is all we get.

@HappyHourSumwur most annoying stuff atm in regards of cheats is the amount of people using macros ... most of the people using them dont even think of it as cheating.
