Ea Live Help With Unfair Ban (Rep Recommendation)

Hi Ea Forum & Developers,

So on September 13th, 2020, I was streaming and playing Apex Legends with no problem. But on September 14th, 2020, when I que'd up for a trios game as soon as I entered the loading screen I was sent to the opening screen and notified that I had been banned for hacking.

I was in shock because I didn't and have never hacked at all. I'm a small-time streamer on Twitch as RicoHuX, in Apex my name is XRicoXxX I created the account in Season 2 but could not play the game because my laptop at the time that I had did not have the specifications to run apex without the game dropping frames or being laggy. But in season 4 I bought a laptop that could run the game, not well but it worked. At the end of season 5, I finally went out and built a PC just to play Apex Legends.

I have contacted EA through their live chat. But prior to speaking with someone through their live chat, I had sent an appeal that was then labeled "no fix". However, I was very fortunate, their Live Chat Representative Stefan was very helpful. He recommended that I create a login verification as well as change my account password. He then created/edited an appeal for me. I also asked if he would direct me to a developer but he informed me that was not a possible option and recommended I post on this forum instead.

I'm just so heartbroken because I have so much love for the game. I have over 900+ hours on that game, charms, skins and I even bought the battle pass in season 5 and 6 to support the developers but also because unlocking the skins was just an added bonus. If anyone has any experience with getting unbanned and playing the game again I would be grateful if you could help me out.
