EA New Game Modes

New Game Modes

Aside from the Training mode (which changes for each Faction) there are five seperate game modes

Suppresion

Sabatoge,Acquisition

Interdiction,Domination

Suppresion

is a 64 player Team death match mode all players are from PMC it is intended for new players to practice and improve their skills before they are deployed in the Shadow pits of war.

Sabotoge

is played with 64 players teams are divided into four 8 man squads the attacking team must secure and control two data uplink towers (Objective A & B) simataneously doing so will unlock the data center (objective C) which must be destroyed by planting a bomb

Acqusition

is played with 128 players Teams are divided into Two Platoons The Attacking Team must steal two prototype Escort Vehicles

Interdiction

is pretty new game mode the game is played with 128 players teams are divided into two platoons  the aim is to capture and hold 3 neutral command points. This game type differs from the other game types in that neither team is officially attacking or defending at the start of the game.

Domination

Is played with 250+ players, Teams are divided into four platoons the game is divided into four sections. One for each platoon. First, the attacking team must secure and control two burnoff towers. Second, they must secure and control two cooling towers. Once the first two objectives are completed two lettered objectives are unlocked. The attacking team must control these lettered objectives to fill a damage bar, the more lettered objectives under the Attacking Teams control, the faster the damage bar fills.

Clan Factions

Build a Faction for Each Legendary Character you have that are already in the game and make it to where people can Create there own Group with 100+ or more players and these are just ideas to make the game great

  • Apex Legends is the latest game to make it into my rather short list of played videogames (I'm picky about what games I choose to play, and I tend to stick to them for a long time after installation), and I can say with confidence that I'm having a blast playing it. That said, I imagine that the same game type with the same map, no matter how massive, could get repetitive and stale over time. I see immense potential for growth in this game, so I thought I might throw out a few ideas for game types that I think would suit the existing mechanics.

    Attack and Defend:

    • Players are divided into two teams of 30 players. One team is the attacking team, the other is the defending team.
    • The defending team spawns in "the fort", which provides them the positioning advantage through high ground, cover, choke points, etc.
    • The attacking team spawns in a protected area distant from the fort and needs to cross a field/open area to approach the fort.
    • Players on the defending team can be revived, but they cannot be respawned. Attackers, if they are not revived, automatically respawn at their starting point.
    • Legend stacking is allowed to an extent, as there aren't 30+ legends in the game. I say "to an extent" because 30 Caustics on defense might be slightly broken. Maybe limit stacking to only 6 of the same legends on a team.
    • Loot is distributed throughout the map. 30 seconds after being looted, each loot location spawns additional randomized loot. Low-mid tier loot spawns near the attacking team's starting location, while mid-high tier loot spawns in the fort. Very high tier loot (including weapons such as the Mastiff or the Kraber) spawn in contested areas. For example, a few Krabers might spawn in the middle of the field between the fort and the attacking spawn, giving the attackers good weapons to return fire upon the snipers in the fort.
    • The defending team has a banner at the heart of the fort. The attackers win if one of their players pick up the banner and return to their base. The attackers can also win by eliminating all defenders. The defending team wins by preventing the attacking team from winning before time runs out (10-15 minutes).

    Capture the Flag: 

    • Two teams of 15 players are pitted against each other in a symmetrical map.
    • Each team has a banner. The objective is to steal the enemy team's banner and deposit it at your own team's banner. Your team's banner must not be stolen in order to deposit the enemy team's banner. The first team to capture 3 banners wins. The game can also be won by eliminating the entire enemy team at once.
    • There is a 15 minute timer. If neither team wins before the timer runs out, the team with the most points win.
    • Deaths and revives function the same way in CTF as in the Battle Royale mode. However, respawn functions have a twist to them; there are two respawn beacons on the map, one on each team's side. Only one respawn beacon can be used by each team, and that one is the one inside the enemy team's base. This functions as the "jail" in CTF games. Respawns do not time out in this game. When a player is respawned, they are dropped from a drop ship inside their own base.
    • Loot of all tiers is distributed throughout the map in no clear pattern. Each loot cluster refreshes with new randomized loot 30 seconds after being collected.
    • Legend stacking is allowed (because it needs to be), up to 3 of the same legends on a team.

    Beacon Rush: 

    • It's team deathmatch with 2 teams, 60 players, and 1 respawn beacon in the center of the battlefield. The last team standing wins.
    • Randomized loot is scattered throughout the map, which refreshes one minute after being collected.
    • Legend stacking is allowed, up to 6 of the same legends on a team

    Team Royale:

    • Battle Royale mode with 4 teams of 15 players. The last team standing wins.
    • Players are still divided into squads of 3 players for Jumpmaster and Legend selection purposes.
    • Squads can be respawned by another squad of the same team even if they have been completely killed off.
    • Players can communicate both within their own squad and with the rest of their team.
