Evolve Evo Shield From Purple To Red 3 Times Challenge

I have gotten this challenge two weeks in a row and I do not understand how it has not been completed when I have leveled up my Evo so many times. It makes no sense to me especially after you get Evo points for everything and you have placed Evo harvesters around the map. Plus, you cannot really stop your random teammates from helping with scanning care packages, ring consoles, and survey beacons. I am just curious how I am supposed to complete these challenges.&nbsp;

This challenge just doesn't work.UPD. Also just noticed that exactly this challenge does not appear in small challenges tab on the right of lobby screen after the match, the tab stays empty. This reminds me of opposite challenge bug during Ballistic starting season - we had challenge could be seen through the challenge list ingame, but the lobby weekly challenge main list and small tab showed only 10 weekly challenges existing(although the amount in another week showed standard number of 11).
