The answer is because their matchmaking is a broken system that only works in your favor a certain number of times out of a certain number of games played. Pay attention, you'll eventually start to see a pattern. Miss enough shots, die enough times without kills, see your kdr drop and you'll start to see easier opponents and better teammates and loot eventually.
