Unfortunately, you cannot name n' shame on most public forums. It is ridiculous. But in our day in age, people will sue others for literally anything. It's bonkers. I don't have a clue what the legalities are, but I'm sure you could find them online. Probably sth in the sense of "so n so" can sue you for defamation of character, as your forum allowed others to publicly bully, threat, demoralize...blah blah blah.
On the other hand, it's funny that gamers haven't sued companies for ruining their gaming experience, whether f2p or paid.

I could agree with that if people were using actual real names with addresses and other personal information to expose them but in most cases it’s just a random screen handle that people are genuinely exposing for using blatant hacks
