@ShadoWawker There are some additional challenges available( A Wee Experiment), which help if you need to level up faster. I think they were introduced specifically to address this shortening of the season.
However, an official announcement would've been nice. Not a big problem, though, as the battlepass can be maxed out in 8-9 weeks without sweating much. In my case, it's 12-13 levels / week since the first season.

- @DoYaSeeMe Did they really shorten the season or are people just mistaking the next season release being early as shortening this one?
Usually they have the next season start a week after the current, which is why they can always extend the current one. This time it appears to me they decided they have the next season ready so there is no need for a gap.
I need to see proof that they actually shortened this season. Proof being screenshot dates.

And it’s even more obvious if you’ve been looking at the battle pass, the amount of time left has gone down from what it was before by exactly one week.

Nothing too official, but it did seem shorter when I last checked the remaining weeks (in challenges). I'm not sure if they removed what was supposed to be an extra week to finish remaining challenges (like S4 had) or they also removed a set of weeklies too.- @DoYaSeeMe Thanks. I still don't see proof where they took 7 days off this pass. The article claims this but the person writing it could be mistaking the end of a season/start of a season issue I mentioned earlier. Normally they left a gap that they then extended to close.
If they really did change the battle pass time people have a right to their money back. They bought something and didn't get what they purchased. Id contact whatever store you bought the currency to get the pass through, whether that is psn, Xbox or PC.
- @DoYaSeeMe I know about the challenges, it’s not enough to make up the difference. They did this purely out of greed and stupidity in order to put out the next bp sooner so people like myself won’t finish it and they’re hoping we’ll spend more money to buy the next one.
@ShadoWawkerWell, 12-13 levels a week is usually when you've managed to complete most of the previous weekly challenges. At level 65, I think you still have many of them still in progress, so, if you sketch a plan, you'll be able to probably go for like 20 levels / week easily (since many challenges have common requirements). This way, you can get to level 100-105. The additional "A Wee Experiment" challenges can cover some of the remaining levels and there's also the option to buy 1 BP for 100 (?) Apex coins, although this option can be used only for levels 1-100.
- @ShadoWawker you can also get a ton of xp from running around and getting top5 for more bonus xp. I really don't see it being hard to max out the battle pass i don't even try to complete challenges and still manage to complete most of them and reached max level a couple weeks ago. Like really I don't get how you can play this game a few days a week and not finish the battle pass.
