i am blocked/banned yet there is no violations and when i submit appeal through the EA help section is just asks me to look at self serve options.

You would need to contact the EA TOS Team.there is no way to contact the EA TOS Team... it just redirects you to the self serve options when you submit any type of the webforms??

The next link that is provided goes here: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/, which is the web form where you would submit an appeal for your ban:
Note: The EA TOS Team only allows players to appeal a ban up to 3 times, and if a player attempts to make a 4th, (or more), case to appeal their ban, it will be automatically closed by the system.
This means that if you had already made 3 appeals, your ban will be upheld, (and your ban cannot be overturned by any other means).
