Maybe they can give you an answer or connect you with someone who handles things of that nature.
Ps: While I have no idea how EA/Respawn does things, I made pixel art for a "demake" of Warframe a bunch of years ago, the people who started that game were in contact with DE (digital extremes) and made a similar arangment to what you mention.

Hi! Yes, I've tried contacting them directly multiple times but haven't got any response yet! My Respawn cases haven't been responded to and EA doesn't have any direct way on contacting them as it's not an issue with their product. If anyone has a direct way e.g. email of contacting them, that would really help, but it's been impossible to find so far!
