@lnxtvv False bans seem to  have always happened, but have gotten worse this year. They need a better process because half the time EA ToS won't reverse the ban even if it is obvious that no cheating occurred.

confirm, i receive mail from staff where decalire i use cheat 🙂 this is very very funny, 0.8 k/d, round with 0 kill or 2, win % under 1.....this company is very very funny, i not want use trick same spoofer for unban easy my account, no problem EA not want i play APEX amen, uninstall forever, bye!

I’ve been playing a lot in pc lobbies recently. Kinda scared to get randomly banned as well. How can I prevent it? Where can I find that two factor authentication thingy?

2FA won't prevent all bans. Just this last week, and a month ago, EAC acted up and banned 10K+ plus accts each time. They got re-instated bc there were so many accts banned. If EAC screws only a couple people then they are SOL. So there is EAC randomly banning and there are hacked accounts - 2 separate issues. The fact that a 10-12 character password is somehow not enough makes no sense. Cheaters need to be banned and the appeal process needs to be overhauled. More info needs to be taken into consideration for appeals. EA ToS needs to just go away, but there needs to be some sort of call center that can actually communicate appeals to Respawn.
