No one reached out but my account was also unbanned, as well as others I have sent messages too. But I am super apprehensive in spending any money or even playing the game. And the only reason is the way it was handled. You are not able to have a dialogue with a human about your alleged infraction. Templated responses are not the way to handle these types of scenarios. Be upfront and transparent is the only way things like this should be handled. But as AI continues to grow this may be a bigger problem in the future that will extend into many areas of society.
