Finally Unbanned :)

@crispythepotato around 3 moths but i had to talk to ea live chat guys twice and they made 2 cases, first case took around 2 months and then it said fixed but it wasn't, i was still banned so i wrote to them again and the second time it took less than a month (around 2 or 3 weeks). I didn't get an email telling me I'm unbanned, instead i got an email asking me about my experience with the chat moderator xD, i was confused so i thought id check the case again and it said fixed also. So i log in my account, launch apex and start a game with no issues, its my second day since the unban
