fix octane's hit box

@PilotBAsPathfinder is the most broken legend when it come to hit box , some times I literally empty half mag of R99 into path just to hear metal sound but no damage .
In general Apex got the worst hit registration problem I ever seen in all shooter games I ever played.
a pathfinder head peeking at range isn't even worth wasting a bullet on.
