Flicking Viable?

i'm wondering if Flicking is viable/possible in the current version of Apex? I was flicking in season 1 and 2 with great precision. i'v seen pretty good players flick with great precision in those ...

@N1Crypt It’s probably the meta weapons.
The meta weapons are mostly automatic, leading to a rise in tracking rather than flicking.

That, and probably aim assist or just aimbot.
