FPS’ without SBMM

Anyone have any recommendations for multiplayer FPS’s that have non-SBMM options? 

I come from the competitive-gaming world (MLG, Gamebattles, etc) but I no longer have the energy to sweat EVERY match I play. I need a casual multiplayer  shooter to offset the stress of regular public Apex matches. 

Any recommendations?
