Fuse Tactical injuring teamates

So I have been mailing fuse for nearly 2 season. During this time I am finding 0 complaints or posts from other players. I would normally accept it... but last night It cost us a really good win....

@JimJim076 Could be something's gone wrong I suppose. I'll test this out in the firing range tomorrow, unless I forget.
