Gameplay enhancement ban

I created this account 6th May, played until yesterday, 10th May with Ultimate Battlepass Apex coins hoping to get the heirloom through sheer luck. Im new to the game but not new to fps genre at all....

Of course I got automated AI reply like everyone else with the same type of ban. What's the point of appeal if it's written the same and no explanation as of why, or a hint at all? I get it in a way, but how in the world are we supposed to defend ourselves?

I will reappeal even if I don't have the belief in it. It's just sad that a new player who spent money gets punished? 2.1k apex coins, remaining from battle pass to get 2.5k so I could buy another 4 overclocked pack with 1 legendary guaranteed.

How many times do I have to appeal for it to reach a human who can legitimately MANUALLY REVIEW the ban and not some AI anti cheat?

Hi, I understand why you feel frustrated.

Appeals are reviewed manually, though the replies may use similar template wording. I’m sorry this has been such a discouraging experience, but the Terms of Service team is still the only route available for ban appeals.

You see what I mean? This is so freaking dumb. ONE REPORT OF A PLAYER AIMSNAP on new account and it gets flagged immediately to result a ban. Are you literally telling me new players can't frag?
