can u guys work on a refund heirloom system because lots of people (like me) have gotten a bug of getting the wrong heirloom and some people are not happy with there heirloom after spending £500 just to get one. i talked with one of your co workers and they said they could not fix the bug or help so would it just be easier to make a refund system on apex where u could get your heirloom shards back and this could only work 1 time
i am pretty sure lots of people would love to see this in the game and it would help a lot of the apex community and make us happy

EA has a big part to play in apex and i love what u guys are doing. implementing this idea into the game would be perfect.
another reason about how this would make people happy is because people who got the wrong heirloom by a bug or by choice might never experience this again and will just have to sadly keep playing the game with a heirloom with a legend they don't like.

please try to make this work and get the Devs involved to get this in the game. this would help so many people

Recently I got airloom shards and my brother picked the pathfinder airloom while I was asleep and I wanted to get the wraith air loom is there any way I can refund or get the wraith airloom I wanted?
I got a bug or something and got the pathfinder airloom when u really wanted the wraith airloom is there anyway I can refund or give me the wraith airloom

Heirlooms are still an elusive prize for a season grinding cheapo like myself.

I got heirloom shards and used themto buy the suzaku but the game took my shards but gave me Ash's heirloom l. I have this on video. I don't know if is appropriate to reply to such an old post but I am trying everything because EA support doesn't care to help me.
