or charge rifle
or any of the other weapons provided in this LTM.
They give some strong guns to use against him, all gib does is block the first shot that isn't a head shot, after which you can tear him a new one with how big his hit box is.
G7 tears him a new one...

Nobody is OP in A&D when your longbow round lands square between their eyes.
