Gifting system issue?

Has anyone messed with the gifting system yet, and been successful? My buddy gifted me the System Takeover bundle for Pathy, last Thursday. It took a good 5 minutes for the purchase to register and take his Apex coins, but I still do not have the skin on my end. He submitted a ticket to get a refund over the weekend, but haven't heard back as of yet. It was the weekend, so hopefully he will hear back today or tomorrow, and get his refund. Definitely not letting $25 disappear into the void, Lmao! Anyone have any luck with the gifting system so far?

@pandareno1999 I couldn't believe it when I saw it, I would have been an idiot not to buy one 🙂

@HogynDrwg I couldn't believe it, when I did the quick conversion for that post, that the pound and the dollar are almost equal now. It used to be about 2 dollars per pound sterling.

@HogynDrwg Pretty much the whole world, man - the US isn't really faring all that great now, either, at least looking at it from the inside.

@pandareno1999 The U.S. is slowly dismantling abortion rights, which really sucks. So yeah, the U.S. is not in a good place.

I had a similar issue, 31/12 I gifted a 20 pack bundle with 1000 Apex Coins to a friend (PC platform to PC), he never received.
I opened few ticket, talked to a bunch of agents also through web chat, they all say the gift was sent to a PS4 (I don't have).
It is impossible to receive a refound or any kind of alternatives, because they don't know details about the receiver.
Goodbye 1000 Aper Coins (10€).
