@LunarFrost5755 Have you gone into your Legend tab from the main menu, and equipped your heirloom using the toggle at the bottom-right? You have to equip them, once unlocked, to be able to use them in-game. A new button appears for any Legend with an unlocked heirloom, allowing you to equip/unequip it
I have checked. Thank you for the suggestion, however the issues is that I bought the heirloom for Caustic and was given Bangalore's after 2 days of having nothing.
@LunarFrost5755Ah, my apologies. I definitely missed that info in your OP. I'm not sure the CM's on here would be able to help. You will likely be told to reach out to EA Help, to have them look in to your account and see what happened. Beyond that, I'm afraid I don't have any additional advice to offer.
