@LunarFrost5755Ah, my apologies. I definitely missed that info in your OP. I'm not sure the CM's on here would be able to help. You will likely be told to reach out to EA Help, to have them look in to your account and see what happened. Beyond that, I'm afraid I don't have any additional advice to offer. @dSKyNafinchin Thank you again for the suggestion. As said in my original message I did not recieve any kind of contact back and instead saw that my EA Case was marked as "no fix available". I'm here hoping some and one of the @CM reaches out to me
