All EA and Activision games are burnout centers for employees, this has been front page news.  Epic too, with Fortnite.  Freemium battle royals are the point of the spear for this.

Aside from that, there’s no reason to think any developer is ever telling you the entire truth, you have to be really naive to believe that.  It doesn’t mean they aren’t trying to solve problems though.  And...if Apex ‘doesn’t know’ what it’s doing...which come on after Kings Canyon facelift 3 or 4 we know...they they proudly join the ranks of Overwatch, Call of Duty, and so many other games out there I can’t even count.

Here is the hard, ugly unmentioned truth: Players day they want better games, but they BUY games, pre-release even, that are hyped with trailers.  So what do you think game companies focus on more? Game quality or flash?
