gliched out on my pc,can't even launch

before today's update,my pc plays fine in dx11 and dx12, but after the update? my game froze during match or even can't load up the texture. and after i turn down the graphic settings, the game crashed. and my pc's graphic card does support dx12.

ik my pc is not powerful enough to play the game smoothly, but tbh removing support of dx11 is quite a wrong move.
