Got banned for cheating.. in pubs?
My account got banned yesterday on apex, and I got no email telling me why. After 2 minutes of live ban (I was playing with my friends) I've made an ea help case, where I'd asked to tell me, why I got banned and if it's a false one, unban me. In the end, today I got a reply stating, that I was cheating. I don't even know how to say the amount of frustration I got from being banned for that. This account was made in 2021 and I played on it from time to time, until I got more time to play apex on it. I had some issues with Bloodhounds ultimate, where when it was used by me, my fps constantly dropped from my normal 110 to 80-90, and by the end of ultimate locking at 30. Because of that, I've made a decision to reinstall windows 11 (I was on windows 10), but I've downloaded ghost spectre version, to get less bloatwate and background tasks. After setting everything up, my game consisted in dropping fps lower than 30, now not only in Bloodhounds ultimate, so I reinstalled the game completely and got sick. After I was sick for 2 days, I got well, better and started apex to play with 2 of my friends. We played pubs, just normal pubs to chill. We landed edge zone on Storm Point, laughed and joked around, until survived up to top 2. I got a kraber and after one miss, headshotted enemy Conduit and after several misses damaged enemy Revenant. Revenant died outside the zone, Conduit got killed. After that we killed their 3rd teammate, Rampart.
In the end, after that, we started 2nd game of pubs where I got banned live while playing and dropping into same POI with my same friends.
My question after this story is, was there cheating anywhere? 3rd party software? Ghost spectre win11 only uses tool to install several programs and return Windows features, that got deleted from base install. Also, I've updated my laptop drivers and etc.
I'd like to know, is there any possibility of me cheating while being sick and not playing, or being claimed as a cheater after hitting one nice kraber shot? Is there any chance I could get evidence from ea help about me cheating and if not, get an explanation, how I was cheating? I'm truly frustrated by this story, and I want my account to be unbanned...
I don't recommend installing random releases of Windows. If they are not open source you can't know what is inside of it, they can always activate some random spyware on your computer from remote.
Also they can always alter system files and do dll injections for some unknown purposes (to gain performance or disable certain things) to other processes and can get you banned on any game. System probably banned you automatically, best you can do is let them know you used ghost spectre and maybe they can unban you.
