Got banned for FACEIT..?

I was having a happy Thursday, my one day a week off of work. So I decided to play some Destiny 2. That was my first mistake. I am a pretty competitive Destiny player and if you know anything about that game you know that the software FACEIT is their competitive hub. So I downloaded that because I wanted to play scrims. That was my second mistake. My final mistake was then I decided after getting smacked in scrims to launch APEX LEGENDS, what could go wrong. Turns out I got banned not even 5 seconds into my first game 😭. Idk what this company has been doing recently and if there really was a legitimate reason for banning me then I’m not gunna argue it, but I haven’t heard from any EA support member a shred of evidence that I was legitimately banned. (My first real mistake was spending over $300 on apex)
