Ok two things:

1. This is what EA classifies as "naming and shaming" as you can see the players name and they are more concerned about that then the fact he's hacking.

Bottom line is that Apex Legends is a free game and while EA may ban these guys they can simply just make a new account and keep hacking. EA uses the anitcheat "Easy Anti-Cheat" and it is mediocre at best. I think it means it's easy for the hackers to be honest. Until they utilize a more complete anti-cheat like BattlEye this will always be an issue.

I got banned a week for posting a youtube video of one Pro streamer recording another scrub wanna be pro using aim bot.

Looks like EA wants to protect the cheaters and ban the reporters.

They ban the legit players and not the cheaters. They try to hide the massive amount of cheating that is occurring. Just upload it on Youtube and then post "hey look at this interesting player". Then you aren't calling out cheating but anyone with half a brain will see what's happening.

i saw a freeze enemy hack, i recorded it and have it on my youtube, it would be funny for a speed hacker to be hacked like that then they go still and walked up to and punched out.

  That's pretty broken. That's basically them hacking the entire server and freezing the client side of their enemies.
