With the introduction of heirloom shards allowing you to pick which heirloom you want, shouldn't we be able to exchange the heirlooms we got before shards into shards? I got the wraith heirloom before shards were introduced and I never play wraith. I would really like it if I could pick another heirloom like everybody else can 🙂.
you got what you paid for, a random heirloom, random is random
So its discriminating players that sticked witch the game for longer, myself i hoped i wont get hierloom before "update" but what do u know i got f on the a and trust me its not worth 800$ yeach money have diferent value across the word

Sadly, there's no way to exchange or refund an Heirloom.
