Heirloom glitch

On December 31st around 10pm Utc+8 i bought a bunch of packs and pulled heirloom shards, wondering which heirloom i should get i was looking at a few of them and i clicked on wraiths kunai, i didn't typically like the heirloom and i definitely wouldn't of chosen it, all of the universals are better in my opinion but my game glitched, i pressed where it says buy for 150 shards but never confirmed because i didn't want it, i then pressed “esc” on my keyboard and my screen froze for like 2 seconds and i the game decided to buy wraiths heirloom, i don't expect ea to refund my shards but it would be really nice since i bought at-least 80% of the 500 packs. i get that all in game purchases are final but i didn’t intend to press confirm nor did i press confirm. is it possible for this to be resolved?
