Heirloom shards
My friend got gifted heirloom shards on his Smurf account by you guys and I’m not happy because I haven’t even received any yet and I’ve been playing for awhile now :/

It wasn’t from a pack though, it was sent from apex and he was shocked about it as well
Ur_HeartBreaker Heirloom Shards are only obtainable through Apex Packs and events, (which means that the Heirloom Shards are not "randomly granted" by EA or by Respawn).
Do you have a screenshot of that not being the case?
