Is it still guaranteed after 500 packs bc I heard someone say it was out of 1000 now

@Zeelmaekers thank you for your reply , so basically any player with lvl 500 then he have opened 198 packs and he have to buy the rest with coins but it should be normal packs ONLY as all season pass packs and all event packs is not considered as a part of the 500 packs related to heirloom.
please correct me if i am wrong

I think so and i think this problem may only affect a small number of users. Users may trigger this counter bug during the game, so this problem cannot usually be checked by ordinary
