Could make the ult a throwable smoke bomb, which creates a brief smoke screen and any friendlies in it's a.o.e are set with the invis. This way you could help an out of reach teammate by throwing a bomb on them.
For the invis itself, I'd say it stays active for longer and is more effective the slower you move. Standing still or crawling makes you completely invis, sprinting makes you have a similar visibility to old school Mirage invis. Firing, healing or reviving/self reviving rapidly reduces the invis time. Let's say the max time it lasts is about 5 seconds. Complete invis can be picked up by Bloodhound. Cryptos' drone will not pick up complete invis.
Their passive could simply be that she doesn't make any footstep sounds while she's invis or in smoke. Or keep with your camo idea, but it is only effective if an enemy is not looking directly at you (this one works better for my tactical suggestion).
As for the tactical I've got two suggestions.
A) you throw down a sound jammer, which produces a static sound to disrupt the enemy's audio if they are within a certain range of the jammer. The jammer can be easily seen and destroyed and lasts for about 10 seconds on its own.
B) you throw a sticky concussion mine which detonates on proximity. Concussed enemies have disoriented vision, disrupted audio, and are unable to sprint for a brief time, while the legends camo passive is more effective against concussed enemies. The mine takes a second or two to prime once landed, can be easily seen and shot and has a very small radius of effect. Only one mine can be placed at a time.
