Horizon is still too effective and you know it.

Even after the nerfs, I believe Horizon is just too effective at what she does, in comparison to every other selectable Legend in the game.  My frustration around Horizon has maintained an upwar...

@NewWorld998 It def does help her get a bat off but i also get beamed while in her lift popping a bat. So it will not always grant a bat to go off some people are built different and just beam us out of the sky. haha

if horizon go up in spiral there is no way to hit her unless you got top notch aim and if you are on controller then just forget about it, too much effort just to encounter a tactical
