Hot take: There are no casual multiplayer games anymore

There is no way for a group of friends to play Apex casually and quarantine people who are sweaty and trying to push into the group, the way you could do if you were meeting in person to play a board game.

With online games the game company tells you who to play with.  So sweats it is, in the name of "an optimized experience"
