How can we be hyped for next season exactly?

With all these technical and server issues not being addressed at all. I won't be playing another season under these circumstances. Nothing being fixed, issues are piling up and we get Recolor skins for the same price of the original.

Anyone else feels this way?

Another problem is that the mess ups don’t happen in a vacuum— they are part of a string of mess ups that elucidate the very real problems they have.

People can appreciate Respawn for creating an amazing game but we have to draw a line in the sand somewhere regarding the constant issues. Yes, coding is VERY complex. And if Respawn knows that their product has struggled with bugs in the past the onus is on them to do efficient quality checks to ensure the product is up to par.

“But they don’t have the resources to do sufficient quality checks.”

“We’re in a raging pandemic!”

“Lower your expectations, it’s a free to play game!”

People need to stop apologizing for the development team and they need to start talking with their wallet.

to be honest fix server/ddos and cheats + audio and change/add nothing to the game will get me more exited :D

@WreckingVi idk, I feel kind of bored of Apex and I can't tell you exactly why. Also I don't feel excited about new season much and I think it's related to the new legend. Her name should be Karen because she acts and sound like one.

@WreckingVi Exactly. I would love to be exited about new season, but as it stands right now, it's hard to play, from technical perspective. No teammates, lag and now games are being interrupted. Already trying some new online games.

@WreckingVi Look at it this way... children are flawed... cumbersome, annoying and more... yet people are excited when they come around XD.

You have to take the good with the bad. Luckily now you can just quit or take a breather for a while, whereas with a child in the picture, you do that and you’ve got a legal team on your tuchus xD

@WreckingVi I feel like people do not keep up with dev video releases where they actually said they are working with the engineers to find and fix issues with servers. So with that comes they have been addressed quite recently also. So the thoery of them not addressing said concerns are quite wrong. =P

@E9ine_AC While you are right they are working on it, this ltm has been a pretty big disaster for them. Half of the modes have not worked properly. I had to shut off last night because the auto respawn beacon mode did not work. And no offense to any dev but it seems like a minor change to me.

@Axs5626Sxa5001 Before the ltm I rarely had connection issues other have but as you say this ltm specifically for me the issues seem to be a really bad string.

It doesnt make me mad, it disappoints me. And it feels worse because I played the first mode before it was taken down and loved it.

@hayhor I hear you— and I agree that first mode was fun.

In regard to the string of mess ups I’m referring to:

-Consistently inconsistent audio. The introduction of Horizon (who crashes the audio with her tac every 15 seconds) has made the overall audio much worse.

-The servers which are in dire need of an update. So many crashed games. So many no regs on opponents.

-The ring flare audio bug that existed in every match. How was this not caught in testing?

-The no-fill bug that literally deprives you of a full team in more than half your matches.

-The current issues with the LTM.

Again, coding is hard stuff. But it feels like they are struggling.
