How come not all legend abilities disappear when the team dies?

So they finally fixed the caustic gas to disappear when the team is dead. This makes sense as it has always seemed dumb I could kill someone when not in game but this brings up other questions. When...

@BaldWraithSimp Do they? I'm pretty sure i saw yesterday a gibby's ult still up after his team got killed, maybe it doesn't deal any damage?

@Cro_Pittt From my experience, I always see the gibby ult disappearing from the sky as soon as the gibby team dies like instantly. Like instantly instantly.
