How Do I Avoid Being Randomly Banned?

My other account got randomly banned and now they wont unban me - And no matter how many times I've asked they've never told me the reason to begin with. All they've said is "cheating" which tells me exactly nothing because I don't know if someone has logged into my account or if some program on my computer is detected as a cheat.

So now I'm mega paranoid of just getting randomly banned on this account as well... since the other ban happened out of the blue. Also there needs to be some way to actually communicate with the ToS team outside of the player sending emails and then the ToS team just sending copy pasted emails back... it's quite ridiculous. Doesn't even feel like anyone actually looked into my case because if they did it would be pretty darn clear that I did not cheat.

Enable the 2 step authentication as stated, try and avoid using any 3rd party software that isn't whitelisted.
Another idea would be to careful where you source any hardware if you decide to upgrade your PC.
Finally and obviously, stick to the rules. As long as you're doing everything in your power to protect yourself as a player you should be fine.

@Alexstraszo What seems to be a common thread in these bans is people not having two factor authentication enabled for their accounts. I am not a PC player so I don’t exactly what you need to do but it’s either/or your EA Account or Origin account. Or I guess Steam depending on platform but I feel EA Account is the most important to set that up for.

@MyName1sNotJohnI've noticed that too but I can't even be sure if that's the reason for my ban as I didn't notice any changes in my stats and my loot boxes/currency stayed the same... I've tried multiple times to ask support if someone else had successfully logged into my account from an unusual location but they obviously did not want to answer.

So I got banned on my PC Account. I've appealed now twice, no dice. I checked all my stats and nothing changed. I can't get from them what they think I did, they won't provide it. This sucks. I'm going to keep appealing since I didn't do anything. And unfortunately I don't feel comfortable playing on a 2nd account since I don't want to get banned for no reason on that one.
