How do I prove I didnt cheat?

Last time I played Apex Legends was on August 31st 2022.
I went to play again on September 3rd 2022.

Found out i was banned.

I've NEVER cheated. not once in apex legends have i ever cheated.

I tried a dispute, and it was declined. i contacted chat support and supposedly its been escelated and requesting a new investigation.

They CLAIM they did an investigation after the first dispute, and that i was found to be cheating WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE. Because if they had ACTUALLY looked, and looked at my game history, they'll know i never cheated. i've never even gotten like over 2700 damage (like 3 season ago?, this season highest was 2100) and my kd is like .8?? Even if they look at recent matches (i assume they can) there isnt anything there that would look like cheating. So how do we prove when we didnt cheat? It makes no sense to me that there isnt a way to directly communicate with TOS team. I'm baffled by this. I know i've put in over 1k into the game and have a few thousand apex coins on the account even now, awaiting the next heirloom event. 

This is just so darn frustrating and upsetting. haven't played in like 1.5 season, just recently (within 30 days) gotten back into playing, and actually liking it, and now this happens. It's so saddening.

I hope EA does the right thing here..
