How do I revert my settings after using an autoexec?

So I downloaded some FPS pack which had an autoexec with bunch of commands. It made the game look terrible, and didn't really increase my fps much. So, I deleted the autoexec and removed -autoexec fr...

You can restore the default settings in the settings menu ingame!

If that didn't work, try to delete the file:

C:\Users\<Username>\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\local\videoconfig.txt

The game will automatically create the file with default settings on the next start.
