How has this happened?

Right, now I fully understand that Caustic was overpowered on Kings Canyon but how has he got a nerf when Gibby is literally running around like a tank? 

Olympus is around the corner and it is a categorically renowned fact that Caustic is no where near as effective on this map than Kings. So why nerf him now? 

I think, the only thing that need to be looked at with Gibby is his arm shield, I think the cool down timer needs to be fixed, @hayhor once made a great statement about Gibby saying that his arm shield gives you nearly triple the amount of shield more when popping a cell, compared to another character this just isn't right.
