Backpack size really limits things at the beginning of the game, but let's say that's not an issue.
A Wingman can usually go with just one stack. Also a shotgun that's not an EVA with double tap. Having said that, 2 stacks is safest.
Everything else really needs 3 stacks. But that's about the most I use because really the rest needs to be healing, shields and nades.
Same as most here; 180 primary, 120 secondary or sometimes 60 secondary. If shotgun (very early) 2 stacks, energy between 120-240. No sniper... ever. If I do double heavy or light it’s usually 300
