I am 100% sure they been false banning people. I mean i play this game with friends and I dont even have more than 1 win in the game mostly play for fun and the enjoyment. Also How long does it take for them to reply cause honestly its only this game i ever been banned on so never had this before.
I have the same problem with Battlefield 5. I haven't played it couple months and tried to get back on it, but I have ban from online content. And now I can't even log-in in my Origin account. Checked e-mail, and found out that there has been multiple log-ins from all over the world. China, Thailand, Russia etc. Made web-form for false ban and all I received was the damn same link to my form. Please contact via chat or phone. Please give me link to chat or phone. At the same time i found article at EA for the same problem. Ban or suspension. This team only contact via e-mail. What the hell, you just sent an e-mail, telling me that I have to contact support via chat or phone. Fix you freaking system. You don't even match with your rules. If there is someone who can help, I will appreciate it!

I have been banned with no whatsoever reason stated on my email. I have not been using cheats or any third party kind of stuff. I already contacted and submitted my case #62482420 72hrs has passed still no email. I am really disappointed. I am only a couple of levels completing bp this season. Why was my account banned without any kind of notice or whatsoever???
EA, my account has been disabled and I need your help! Can you please enable my account again? Someone hacked my account last year and maybe that is why you disabled my account.
