I think most 'noobs' who want to git gud the aim is probably the last thing they have to worry about. There is many other factors that result in your death, before you get to the part of aim. Getting comfortable with the movement, reading the battlefield, awareness and decision making are probably more important then your aim. As they can give you an edge over the opponent, or prevent them from getting an edge over you.
Why you think pro's call out bad players for bots? It's not because they aim bad, usually it's their behavior that suggest they don't really know what they're doing.
