how to report?

If you are unable to report a player in game, then there is an EA webform:

I have heard of players turning on voice to text, and using that way as a way to manage and report this type of issue.

thanks, i reported it. i reported in game also, but this was particularly nasty threats.

So I reported it and i got a reply, but unfortunately the reply is long and the web page doesn't show much of the text. How can i get a full copy of the report? I don't see any options on the page other than to close the case. 

Update: I extracted the full text from the html, but my browser doesn't show any controls by which to expand the message pane to see the whole message nor reply to it. I think that EA didn't understand this was a continuous vicious harassment without provocation through out the entire match. But I just don't know how to make it any clearer than i did.

honestly it feels worthless to bother reporting anyone for anything.
