i just found this thread, i found out how, you just need to turn Convert Incoming Voice to Chat Text, under accessibility, and then it shows chat text instead of voice. :]
thats the only solution I've found.

I had a couple thoughts on seeing this thread bumped. First, the descriptions found for these features under "options" leave a bit to be desired in terms of clarity. What "Enable accessible chat features" actually does is pretty vague. I've been looking at it for a minute and can't figure out exactly what the options will change.
There are a couple of ways to avoid getting the nasty treatment from randoms. First, under "gameplay options" there is a Communications Filter that allows you to disable incoming chat from everyone entirely, or limit it to just players who are among your in-game friends. The other option is to "mute squad" upon character selection or on your map screen during game. I almost always play in party chat, so I generally don't have to do any of this. But when I have not done so, the moment a random's mic has extraneous noise or they say anything that is impolite, I just instantly mute them. Generally I do not mute team mate's pings, but a neat side effect from doing so is that you conveniently can no longer see their death box ping spam at all.
