How would Solo mode effect those who don't want to play it?
If they stayed in Squads how would the addition of a Solo mode change their actual in game, gameplay?

- @DankToliet The main issue is just down to diluting the game experience, It would undoubtably take many people away from the squads queue which could increase wait time etc.
I think the overall squads experience however would be better with randoms as they are there because they want to play as a team. Solo droppers will just play solo. However this means that you're more likely to come across more organised teams, which will make squads harder.
Personally I don't want the game to lose its identity as a squads game. I think the only way solos will work is as a time limited event so people can try it out and have fun, then come back to squads once it's all over. - @RevenanT-G7 Who the hell plays squads with randoms on fortnite??? if your friends aren’t online you simply play solo which isn’t the same scenario with apex you’re forced to play with randoms because theres only 1 mode

It would not effect people who want so play squads in any way possible.
The people who are saying "solo's are bad" only want more random squads for them and their friends to shoot at.
That is literally the only reason.

Yeah, that may be, but solo's still don't effect you at all.

Some of the people you play against won't be. I've seen an influx of Americans on EU servers when they must have down time. They affect game play quite a bit.
You shouldn't be able to server hop that far imo. You may not notice, but I bet other players on that server notice.

Correct. This is * laughable. Yet they are the ones who cannot play squads and squawk about needing solos.
TBH, solos will end up coming, fracture the player base, fracture the balance and people will leave with nobody left to tell anybody " I told you so".
Common sense and actually thinking is becoming less and less common in people otherwise squads would work amazing. The game is not at fault. It's some of the clowns playing it that are the problem.
