The reward given to platform that turn on the first time after you claim it.
Most Since people always turn off PS4 and only the possible reason is Origin is running on your PC (in the background).
Can you check if your Origin apps always run in the background on your PC ?
Restart your PC then go to control panel, check running apps/process, see if Origin is running. If yes, that's the reason.
Solution :
1. Disable Origin automatic start
2. Turn off your PC which has Origin.
3. Claim it on laptop which doesn't have origin.
4. Turn on PS4 and start Apex.
I did exactly as you said and it still sent to the wrong platform. This is so frustrating.
