@EdwardDLuffy have you tried this old chestnuts?
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Do you use a custom gamerpic by? try choosing a default one.
Try deleting your gamertag off your console and then adding it back again.
Have you completely uinstalled apex? Inc personal data.
power cycle your modem/router. Unplug it/them for 2 minutes, then plug them back in.
Did you also try alternate DNS settings? If not, try these steps. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.

As a last resort you could reset your Xbox wiping all data and start again.
How full is your hard drive?
On the page that loads there's a check box and a 'NEXT' button.
When you check the check box (Press 'A') the 'NEXT' button is highlighed.
When you click 'NEXT' (Press 'A') I assume the browser is supposed to redirect to a new page. However, it doesn't ... it closes. The XBox One browser is notoriously terrible.
Therefore, I cannot accept ALL the new T&Cs, and therefore the next time I start Apex, the ('Accept the new T&Cs') thing pops up all over again.
I assume that eventually I won't be able to play the game, as I haven't accepted the T&Cs.
It's an EA thing, not a specific Apex thing.
Any help @EA_Aljo ?

- 3 years ago@Cheese9Man WTF? How has that happened?
- 3 years ago@EdwardDLuffy Your account suddenly reverted back to its old name and your game account is acting up as well. EA is on to you. XD

@EdwardDLuffy the t and c thing sounds like it's not recognising either your ea account or your Xbox account, for some reason. I havnt had any problems with the xbox browser. Have you updated that? I have mine set to mannualy update as it could update during a game if I didn't.
- 3 years ago@OldTreeCreeper XBox have confirmed its a problem with EA. I deleted and restored my account on the XBox with default settings, and deleted all saved data for all accounts for Apex. When the data synced, the problem returned. There must be some 'flag' in the data downloaded from EA that indicates that I have not accepted the T&Cs that never gets updated.
